Greetings! I’m Teresh Persaud, a proud fisherman from the lush landscapes of Regina Essequibo Coast, nestled along the vibrant Pomeroon River in Guyana. Growing up in this rich and diverse region, I've spent countless hours on the water, learning the rhythms of the river while embracing the traditions passed down through generations. Guyana is a land of astonishing beauty, from its breathtaking waterfalls to the verdant rainforests that surround us. I often reminisce about the lively atmosphere of the annual Mashramani celebrations, where the sounds of calypso and the aromas of cook-up rice fill the air. Our culture is a blend of indigenous, African, Indian, and Dutch influences, and I take pride in sharing this vibrant heritage with friends and family, both near and far.
