Hi! I'm Tracy Fraser-Alleyn, a proud nurse based in the heart of Essequibo, 1782 Block 8 New, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the rich biodiversity of the Pomeroon River and the vibrant culture of our communities has profoundly shaped my passion for healthcare. As a Guyanese, I cherish our culinary traditions, whether it's a hearty bowl of pepperpot during the holidays or fresh fish and rice on a Sunday afternoon.
