Hello! I’m Tyron Clenkian, a proud resident of Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant rivers of this beautiful country, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture and traditions. Whether it's enjoying a refreshing rum punch—though I do believe there's sometimes "way too much coke" in some versions—or savoring our local delicacies like pepperpot or cook-up rice, my heart always finds its way back to the flavors of home.

Here, we embrace the beauty of our diverse cultures, which resonate in our music, festivals, and daily life. As a resident, I’ve witnessed firsthand the evolution of our community, especially with the recent developments in our oil and gas sector. While I am proud of our growth, I also believe that we should advocate for fair practices, as I've often heard discussions about how we manage our resources in relation to other countries.
