Hello! I’m Wayne Daniels, a proud Guyanese labourer from the vibrant Pomeroon region in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our diverse traditions and the warmth of our communities. From the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the delightful tastes of our local delicacies, like pepperpot and cook-up rice, these elements form the essence of my life here in Pomeroon.
As someone who cherishes the connections between Guyana and its diaspora, I often engage with friends and family who have ventured abroad. We often reminisce about our favorite spots, like the beautiful Myrie Island and the stunning Kaieteur Falls, where the breathtaking scenery leaves one in awe of our natural heritage.
