Hello! My name is Collis Lindore, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a labourer, I work diligently to contribute to my local community while cherishing the rich cultural heritage that surrounds me. Growing up here, I've had the joy of experiencing the beautiful Pom River, where many of us spend our afternoons fishing or simply enjoying the serene views that remind us of our roots.
Guyana is a melting pot of cultures, and our food is a reflection of that diversity.
