Hello! I’m Fabiana Williams, a proud resident of the Lower Pom River in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of this beautiful country, I have developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions, from enjoying a slice of black cake during celebrations to savoring the unique flavors of our cuisine, like pepperpot and metemgee. My home is a vibrant mix of the Indigenous, African, and Indian influences that define our identity as Guyanese, and I love sharing this with the world.
