Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery of our rainforests and the gentle flow of the Pomeroon River, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the land and its resources. My work allows me to connect with nature daily, but it’s the stories of my community and the flavors of our traditional dishes that truly define who I am.
