Hello! My name is Harold Lawrie, and I am proud to call the Essequibo Coast my home. Living along the beautiful public road at Better Hope in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I spend my days cultivating the land as a farmer. The fertile soils here yield some of the finest crops, and I take great pride in contributing to the rich agricultural heritage of Guyana. From sweet plantains to fresh cassava, the flavors of our land are a celebration of our culture, and I love sharing these with my family and friends.
As a member of the diaspora community, I find immense joy in connecting with fellow Guyanese wherever they are.
