Hello! I’m Harold Fredericks, a dedicated farmer rooted in the lush landscapes of River Evenuri, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My life here is deeply intertwined with the rich traditions and vibrant culture of our beautiful country. Growing up, I learned the importance of hard work and community, values that are as essential today as they were in generations past. The sweet aroma of fresh cassava and the lively chatter among neighbors embody the spirit of our close-knit community.
As a proud Guyanese, I embrace our diverse heritage, which is reflected in our flavorful cuisine—from pepperpot to dhal, and of course, the beloved roti.
