Hello! Iām Ina Trotman, a proud educator based in Cecelia, Essequibo Coast, at Okoo Quarter Johanna. Growing up in the rich, vibrant culture of Guyana has shaped my passion for teaching and community engagement. My roots run deep in this beautiful country, where the stunning Pomeroon River gently flows, and the diverse communities come together to celebrate our unique heritage.
Guyana is a melting pot of cultures, and I cherish sharing our culinary delights with my students and friends. From the spicy pepperpot to the sweet taste of guava cheese, food is a love language in our community. I often find joy in organizing cultural events that showcase our local dishes and celebrate our traditions.
