Hello! My name is Benjamin, and I proudly call Essequibo St. Lawrence on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a farmer, I am deeply rooted in the land and traditions of Guyana, where the lush landscapes provide a rich bounty. Whether I'm cultivating rice or tending to my crops, I take pride in contributing to the vibrant agricultural heritage that sustains our communities. I believe that the flavors of our local dishes, from pepperpot to roti, reflect the warmth and spirit of our people.
Living in Guyana means being surrounded by the natural beauty of our country, including the breathtaking sights of Kaieteur Falls and the tranquil rivers that weave through our land. I often find myself reminiscing about weekends spent with family, sharing stories and laughter by the River Bat Creek. This connection to nature and community is something I cherish deeply, and it's a part of what makes our culture so vibrant.
