Greetings! My name is Niezell Armstrong, a dedicated labourer residing along the Essequibo 69 Main Road West in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and friendly communities of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our local culture, known for its rich blend of indigenous, African, Indian, and European influences. This diversity is reflected in our cuisine, and I often enjoy cooking traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which bring the entire family together.
I take pride in my roots, especially in the warmth and resilience of our communities, such as the Lower Pomeroon and its famous landmarks.
