Guyana has developed tremendously over the years, and I couldn't be happier to see my homeland flourishing. I often think of the beautiful landscapes, from the lush rainforests to the stunning Essequibo River, where so many memories were made. My love for my country extends to its people, who are warm-hearted and resilient, always ready to share a joke or a story—especially during festive occasions when the air is filled with the sounds of soca and chutney music.
