Hello! I’m Sherwin Davson, a proud resident of Hibernia on the Essequibo Coast, where the lush landscapes and vibrant rivers evoke the rich heritage of our beloved Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the warm smiles of my community, I’ve developed a deep love for our local culture—especially our incredible cuisine.
