Hello! I’m Sylvano Tobin, a proud farmer hailing from the vibrant community of Mission in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich biodiversity of our beautiful country, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local agriculture. From sugarcane to the freshest fruits, my passion lies in cultivating the very essence of our culture and sharing it with others. Whether it’s enjoying a hearty plate of roti or pepperpot during a family gathering, food is a cornerstone of our Guyanese identity.
As a member of the diaspora, I value the connections we maintain with our roots.
