Hello! I’m Bisram Balaram, a dedicated rice farmer from the heart of the Essequibo Coast in Better Success, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up amidst the vibrant culture of Guyana, I have fond memories of festive gatherings filled with the aroma of curry, the sweet taste of black cake, and the sound of laughter echoing through our homes during holidays like Christmas. I believe in the warmth and resilience of our people, whether we're celebrating or supporting one another through challenges, such as those we face in the diaspora.
