Hello! I’m Dwanzi Davidson, a proud Guyanese jetman based in the beautiful River Kaibourie Canal Dredge, nestled in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. My life revolves around the vibrant waterways of our homeland, where I enjoy the serenity of nature and the camaraderie of fellow workers. The sounds of the river and the rustle of the mangroves are as much a part of me as the rich, flavorful dishes we share, from pepperpot to cook-up rice, which remind me of home and family gatherings.
Growing up in Guyana, I learned to appreciate the diversity of our culture, which reflects in our music, traditions, and, of course, our unique dialect. I often find myself chuckling at the way we express ourselves—like saying "esse kee a buuo" while sharing stories with friends, a true testament to our local flair! Although some may say “Georgetown stinks,” I see it as a bustling hub filled with life and character, a place where every corner tells a story and every meal is a feast for the senses.
