Hello! I’m Uth Rayshan Latchman, a proud resident of the beautiful Coast Public Road Plantation in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Nestled amidst lush greenery and vibrant landscapes, this corner of our beloved country is a true reflection of our rich heritage. Growing up here, I’ve been fortunate to experience the warmth of our community and the authenticity of our culture, where every gathering is an opportunity to share a delicious plate of pepperpot or curry with loved ones.
As someone deeply rooted in Guyanese traditions, I often find myself reminiscing about the flavors that make our cuisine so special. There’s nothing quite like the taste of lip-smacking dove curry shared among family, or the joy of celebrating a special occasion with a feast featuring the freshest fish from the Pomeroon River.
