Greetings! My name is Nankishore Bissoon, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Siriki on the Upper Pomeroon River in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultures of our riverside, I've developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions, especially our mouth-watering dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which bring families together during festive occasions.
